Rules for the CKMS

Overview

-This is a team/boat competition in which the Team/Boat receives points per pound for their largest King Mackerel weighed in per tournament with the best 3 fish counting for your aggregate.

-CKMS needs the team name, make and model of the boat, and which Division and Class you are entering. The boat you register at the start of the season can be altered if other commitments are made to other Division or Series, and the substation boat is of equal or less size of the class entered.

.

Small Boat Class

-Boat must measure a waterline length of 23'11" or less. If your boat meets these requirements you may register your Boat in the Small Boat Class but you are not required to do so, it is your choice.

Open Class

-Any Boat that wishes to fish this Class may do so. There are no restrictions for size, horsepower, amount of engines, or type of boat.

Tournaments Rules

-All independent tournament rules are in effect for each individual tournament only. No rules carry over from tournament to tournament besides the stated CKMS rules which apply for Points in the CKMS only and will not supersede any of the tournaments rules for any standings/payouts in any of the tournaments.

-If you are accused and found guilty of breaking the rules of any tournament by that tournament then you forfeit your points for that tournament. CKMS will not enforce any individual tournament rule violations that are not enforced by the said tournament.

-In the event that a listed tournament is canceled due to bad weather or any other reason, and is rescheduled at a later date, which is the same as another listed tournament date within the same division, either/or both tournaments may be fished but not on the same day for points. You may fish 1 tournament 1 day and another tournament another day during the same weekend and still accrue points. This will only be changed if both tournaments decided to coincide in which your 1 fish will only count for 1 tournament worth of points and the other tournament/day will be nulled/zeroed. (1 fish can not count for 2 listed tournament weights).

-This is essentially a 100% pay back TWT for the tournaments listed and may not include any other tournaments. All points will come from the tournaments and be published on this site for all to see. We will have a running tally of points avaliable for all to see on this site as well in each Division and Class.

Divisions and Points

-All Teams/Boats may fish as many divisions as they wish but they must pay for each division separately (if you wish to fish Div1 and Div2 you must send in 2 entries, 1 for each division).

-Points are for the Team/Boat per division and may not be transferred from one division to another. No exceptions.
